Alvic Mexico, sponsor of the first gas station summit in Aguascalientes

Last July, the First Business Summit of the Gas Sector was held at the Marriott Hotel in Aguascalientes (Mexico) – organized by the National Organization of Petroleum Distributors (ONEXPO) – which brought together more than 200 owners and managers of service stations in the entity and nearby regions, in a clear reflection of the weight of the energy sector for regional and national development.

During the inauguration, Governor Tere Jiménez stressed the need to strengthen collaboration between authorities and businessmen to offer a quality service to citizens. In addition, he recognized the essential role of gas stations in the economy of Aguascalientes and endorsed the support of the state government for innovation and sustainability projects.

Alvic México, a leading company in technological solutions and comprehensive services for service stations, joined as the main sponsor, providing high-value content with the presentations of Víctor Garduño, general director of Alvic Mexico, and Javier Atzin, former administrator of Hydrocarbons litigation of the SAT, who shared success stories and strategies to optimize the operational and financial management of the facilities.

The day concluded with intense networking sessions, the formation of regional working groups, the design of pilot projects for the digitization of operations and the establishment of public-private partnerships to boost the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector.
