Innovation and technology are once again the protagonists at the Alvic stand at Motortec 2025 (Hall 8 – Stand 8B04) from 23 to 26 April. With a solid track record in this key event for automotive after-sales in southern Europe, Alvic has not only witnessed the evolution of the energy sector, but also a key player in the transformation and digitalisation of service stations, cooperatives, distribution centres, transport fleets, car washes and, more recently, in the adoption of alternative energies such as electricity, gas and hydrogen.
"This event is an opportunity to show our full potential, both in hardware products and software solutions, as well as in the wide range of services we offer to our customers. As it could not be otherwise, and being a company in continuous growth and innovation, our mission is to provide the most advanced and cutting-edge technologies in the sector", say company sources.
In each edition - this will be the tenth with the participation of Alvic - the company has surprised with avant-garde solutions and, in 2025, visitors will be able to experience first-hand how the latest technological trends are integrated into Alvic's solutions, to offer more efficient, sustainable and profitable management.
The growing demand in the service station sector focuses on the automation of all business processes. This includes everything from improving the end-consumer experience – with mobile environments in applications, self-service terminals and points of sale – to the digitalisation of administrative and management processes. In addition, it is essential to facilitate data analysis for agile decision-making, as well as to enhance customer loyalty, a key aspect in such a competitive market.
- Alvic PAY. One of the great novelties that the company has developed is an advanced payment gateway. The platform offers absolute control of transactions in real time, optimizing processes and profitability. In addition to dynamism and agility, Alvic Pay and Alvic's technology also guarantee maximum security and adaptation to the latest banking regulations.
- The evolution of Vertex. Alvic's new generation of self-service terminals - started with the triangular base equipment and two functional faces - grows with the incorporation of its renewed recessed version. Alvic will also present the new Vertex Atom terminal, in a reduced format and for card payments; and its equivalent for washing centres, Vertex Atom Wash, available on pedestals and walls.
- Integrations that make a difference. The Alvic stand will include a sample of the innovative integrations that the company has developed with various brands of fuel pumps, achieving the best results in this type of solution. In addition, the terminals include a new payment method, which allows for faster, safer and more efficient transactions.
- iHCP. The revamped version of the forecourt controller developed by Alvic, the cornerstone of the company, has continued to evolve. Available for desktop or racked, it is the most complete equipment on the market and facilitates the connection of any equipment with the Alvic system.
- The step forward of Octan Office. One of the outstanding innovations of the latest technological update made to the Octan Suite, is the integration of Microsoft Edge, replacing the Chromium browser. In addition to offering greater security, this change facilitates compatibility with customer communication channels and with Octan Office BI, the business intelligence module. On the other hand, the home screens and more than 300 icons have also been redesigned.
- Virtual card: agility and loyalty. The Fidelity™ app has evolved to provide fast and secure access to loyalty, credit or ID cards, while also eliminating the need to hold physical coupons or bounce checks. It offers a differential service, increases the chances of loyalty, attracts new customers and strengthens the brand image at service stations.
Alvic, as a distributor of Titan Cloud, offers a new Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (IEC) service for service stations, based on monitoring and data analysis for precise control over the fuel of a facility. This new platform is also ideal for incident management - detection of leaks and variations in real time - and regulatory compliance. By digitizing all aspects of fuel on a single platform, you gain real insights and a measurable return on investment to deliver more efficient, cost-effective, and scalable operations.
Among the new range of electric charging terminals offered by Alvic, the stand will feature the powerful Flash Lynx, an ultra-fast charger (120-240 kW-DC) with simultaneous charging capacity for two vehicles. It can charge the battery up to 80% for 5 to 10 minutes. For electric charging facilities, the company also has the Flash Lyra (60-80 kW-DC) and Flash Lyra Lite (30-40 kW-DC) fast charging equipment.
In the fuel distribution market, having scalable and robust tools has become essential. Alvic offers its customers the confidence that their technology provider is prepared to face both the present and the future. With its innovative solutions, Alvic is ready to support this development and meet the needs of a constantly evolving market.
- Redesign and novelties in Heptan. Alvic has worked on the improvements of Heptan, the management software for distribution centers, with the migration from Delphi 7 to Delphi 12, making it a more agile, secure, and adaptable tool to the needs of the sector. In addition, the company has worked on the redesign of the program, which will be available soon. Always adapted to current regulations, Heptan will also include the new e-SILICIE module.
- Mobile devices for Alvic TMV. The ergonomics of the Alvic TMV sales mobile terminal combines with the resistance and security of two new mobile devices. TMV Alvic Tablet, together with a smaller terminal, have been adapted to become the indispensable work tool for drivers. The Android 13 operating system, together with high-performance processors, allow applications and management software to run smoothly and without delays.
- State-of-the-art security strategy. Integrable into devices for Alvic TMV, Alvic Security Framework offers a security strategy that combines several technologies to ensure unparalleled protection against the most sophisticated threats. This comprehensive solution helps to stay one step ahead, detecting, investigating, and responding to the weakest signs of suspicious behaviour. In turn, it is ISO 27001 certified, complying with international cybersecurity standards and information security management.
The Alvic team will be available at the booth to answer all questions and show first-hand all these innovations, as well as many more solutions.
