Servicomput, S.A., la primera sociedad del grupo, fue fundada en 1984 con sede en Barcelona, y se ha dedicado inicialmente al desarrollo e integración de sistemas informáticos.

 

En el año 1994, se incorpora en la empresa una nueva área técnica, una sección de ingeniería electrónica y telecomunicaciones con el objetivo de diseñar, desarrollar y fabricar sistemas de control y de automatización en general.

 

Actualmente, nuestra ocupación principal consiste en desarrollar aplicaciones informáticas, en diseñar y fabricar equipos y dispositivos de control y en el desarrollo e implantación de proyectos de ingeniería.

 

 

Our identification, primary corporate name and trademark of our products is Alvic, and that is how we are known in all countries where we are represented.

 

Our experience in international markets began in 2001. Nowadays we are represented in various countries; our headquarters for Europe is based in Barcelona and for Central America is in Mexico City. We have an International sales network consisting of own branches and authorized dealers.

 


Manufacturing: Alvic designs and manufactures all automated equipment respecting the quality levels established by European standards and complying with the EC Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive.
Most products are designed and manufactured by our office in Barcelona, Alvic Servicomput SA

 

Sales Network: We have a commercial network based on Authorized Distributors, delegations and firms in the group in areas and countries with greater market potential. A commercial network spread throughout the country and highly qualified to provide personalized advice based on each customer's needs and the solutions that best suit them.

Network Technical Services: The first goal to start the activity in an area is to establish and organize our technical services which is achieved through undertakings licensed by Alvic for this function.

 

Human Team: Formed by people with great academic training. Mostly have a long career working in our company, giving them a great experience in the sector. Besides training, Alvic assesses the ability of complicity and involvement of each person with the company's project.

 

Customer Service: Call Center available to serve in their own areas and regions where we operate. Our customers have a high quality service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
